Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling at Eduwell Inc. (Eduwell/Edu-well.com). By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Payments:
- a. Enrolling in our online tutoring classes requires completing the registration process and submitting the required payment.
- b. Payments for the classes must be made in advance and are non-refundable.
- c. We reserve the right to modify the pricing structure or payment terms with prior notice.
2. Sessions and Schedule:
- a. The tutoring sessions will be conducted online via a designated platform at mutually agreed-upon times.
- b. It is the responsibility of the student or their guardian to ensure a stable internet connection and access to the necessary technology and equipment for the sessions. In case technical issues arise from the student’s end the session will be billed in full.
- c. Any changes to the session schedule must be communicated in advance, and rescheduling is subject to tutor availability.
- d. Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed in full. Cancellations at the last minute are not encouraged. We appreciate that there may be emergency situations in which the student is unable to attend the session; however, such circumstances are at the sole discretion of Eduwell's administration to reschedule the sessions.
- e. If a tutor does not attend a scheduled session, Eduwell will provide a make-up session at no additional cost to Students or issue a credit for that session.
3. Code of Conduct:
- a. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the tutor and other participants, maintaining a positive and conducive learning environment.
- b. Any form of disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate the student's enrollment without refund.
4. Intellectual Property:
- a. All materials provided during the tutoring sessions are for the student's personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior consent.
- b. The copyrights and intellectual property rights of all materials shared by the tutor remain with the tutor or their respective owners.
5. Liability:
- a. Students must be at least 18 years old to engage a tutor on Eduwell Website. Eduwell is not responsible for any dispute relating to parental consent.
- b. Students under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian before enrolling in our tutoring services.
- c. While our tutors make every effort to provide accurate information and guidance, we do not guarantee specific results or academic outcomes.
- d. Students, and Parents agree not to use any inappropriate or offensive language on our platform or while using our services. Inappropriate or offensive language includes, but is not limited to, any language or content that is sexually oriented, sexually suggestive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or contains racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
- e. Tutors are not employees of Eduwell and are responsible for their actions, on and off our platform.
- f. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our tutoring services.
- g. You are responsible for choosing the best Tutor to fit your needs. If You are younger than 18-years old, the session should be supervised by an adult.
- h. All tutoring sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training and dispute resolution purposes. By taking the lessons from our platform, students and parents consent to being recorded during the sessions.
6. Termination:
- a. Either party may terminate the tutoring services by providing written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation policy.
- b. In the event of termination, any remaining prepaid sessions will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
7. Privacy:
- a. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of personal information shared during the tutoring sessions.
- b. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the tutoring services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Amendments:
- a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the online tutoring classes. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before proceeding with enrollment.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Tutors will be notified of changes via email, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
